As a consultant, you will be evaluated on the impact of your contributions, and you'll move on to the next role when you acquire the necessary skills.

The pace of progress is determined by your ability to lead clients to solutions, help your colleagues succeed, and develop and share knowledge.

Depending on your experience, you will join us as a consultant, consulting manager or director.

You will be a junior consultant if you join us as an intern or a graduate. With more experience, you will be consultant or senior consultant.

Eventually, you will become junior consulting manager, consulting manager or senior consulting manager.
